These Terms of Service govern your use of IntuneRT. By creating an account, connecting a tenant, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

IntuneRT is provided for authorized business and IT administration use only. You may use the service only for systems, tenants, users, and devices that you are authorized to administer.

You are responsible for the actions taken through your workspace, including actions performed by authorized team members, deployment workflows, and any commands or troubleshooting steps initiated through the product.

You must keep access to your Microsoft account, browser sessions, deployment credentials, and tenant configuration secure. You must notify us promptly if you believe your workspace or credentials have been compromised.

You authorize IntuneRT to use the permissions and administrative consent you grant in Microsoft services to authenticate users, provision the service, deploy or manage the IntuneRT agent, and operate related product functionality.

Your organization is responsible for reviewing configuration choices, validating administrative actions, and ensuring use of the service complies with internal policies, security requirements, and applicable law.

You may not use IntuneRT to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with systems you do not control, or attempt to bypass security or access controls. You may not use the service to transmit unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or harmful content.

AI-assisted output is provided to help trained administrators investigate issues. You remain responsible for reviewing commands, actions, and conclusions before relying on them in production environments.

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms when the service, law, or our operations change. Updated terms apply when posted with a new effective date.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the service in a way that could harm IntuneRT, our providers, or other customers.
