IntuneRT

Privacy Policy

Effective April 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IntuneRT collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you create an account, connect your Microsoft tenant, deploy the IntuneRT agent, and use remote troubleshooting features.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to create and operate your IntuneRT workspace. This includes Microsoft account details such as your name, email address, tenant identifier, and session identifiers.

We also collect the workspace profile details you provide during setup, such as your organisation or workspace name, primary contact name, contact email address, and contact phone number.

We also collect workspace and deployment data such as your organisation name, authorized users, Intune deployment identifiers, connected device identifiers, agent version data, audit events, troubleshooting activity, file transfer metadata, and any content you intentionally send through the service.

If AI Assist is enabled, prompts, relevant troubleshooting context, session history, and selected command results may be sent to the configured AI provider so the service can generate responses and summaries.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to authenticate users, create and secure workspaces, deploy and manage the Intune agent, provide remote troubleshooting features, generate AI-assisted responses, and maintain auditability for sensitive admin actions.

We also use this information to prevent abuse, investigate security events, comply with legal obligations, and support customers when issues arise.

How We Share Information

We share information with Microsoft services that are required for authentication, tenant connection, and Intune deployment. When AI Assist is enabled, relevant prompts and troubleshooting context are shared with the configured AI provider, such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.

We may also share information with infrastructure, hosting, logging, and support providers that help us run the service, or when disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain account, tenant, and audit data for as long as your workspace is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operational, and legal purposes.

Some categories have shorter operational lifetimes. For example, live troubleshooting session history is stored in memory and expires after inactivity, and temporary file transfers expire automatically after a short period.

International Processing

Depending on your deployment and provider configuration, information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our cloud, identity, or AI providers operate. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards and contractual protections provided by those services.

Your Choices and Rights

You can review this policy at any time from the IntuneRT website. Workspace administrators can manage authorized users and remove access inside the product.

To request access, correction, deletion, or to ask a privacy question, contact support@intunert.com. We will review requests in line with applicable law.
